These sessions are guided breathwork with the goal of releasing any stored tension, stress, trauma, debris that is held in the body, mind, emotions, or auric field. Client will often say they feel that a weight has been lifted and that they feel lighter after a session. It’s a great way to access our buried stuff without having to process it through talk therapy. The breath goes straight to the heart of whatever is being held, on whatever level and clears and releases it! Very powerful work.
